5 Year Warranty Program

 

TRICARE PROTECTS THE CUSTOMER

All Tricare protected products come with a 5 year return to factory warranty from date of manufacture. The date of manufacture can be determined by looking at the Tricare sticker which indicates the month and year of manufacture.

TRICARE PROTECTS THE INSTALLER

Tricare protects the installer by warranting accidental damage that may occur to a Tricare protected product during installation. This no question asked approach removes frustration and embarrassment.

TRICARE PROTECTS THE WHOLESALER

Any warranty claims on Trimec will be replaced with NEW product. This ensures that the wholesalers will always have new stock on their shelves and not repaired stock.

Disclaimer: The Tricare warranty does not apply to products returned with missing components. Products must be intact, this includes original solenoid, pins and screws in order for any claim to be honored.

This warranty must be read in conjunction with our full terms and conditions of sale, a copy of which is available upon request. Explicitly excluded from this warranty are any claims for consequential loss or damage that may result from the installation or use of our products.
